Doctor of Physical Therapy
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) – Clinical Leadership & Medical Fitness
Integrated Fitness | Coconut Creek, FL
$40–$50/hour + Bonus Opportunities | Part-Time & Full-Time Growth Potential
Practice Physical Therapy the Way It Was Meant to Be Practiced.
Imagine having a full 60 minutes with every patient. No double-booking. No juggling multiple patients. No insurance companies dictating your treatment decisions.
Now imagine taking that clinical freedom one step further—working alongside and leading a team of highly educated, certified fitness professionals who help carry your patients' progress beyond rehabilitation and into lifelong strength, mobility, and wellness.
That's what we've built at Integrated Fitness.
We're a doctor-led medical fitness company that has reimagined the relationship between physical therapy and personal training.
Our approach combines individualized physical therapy, personal training, and nutrition guidance into one collaborative program designed to help people overcome physical limitations, build strength, and maintain their quality of life as they age.
We're seeking a passionate Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our Coconut Creek location, providing exceptional one-on-one care while serving as a clinical leader within our fitness team.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
60-Minute, One-on-One Appointments. Every Patient. Every Time.
Forget the pressure of treating multiple patients simultaneously or rushing through appointments to meet productivity quotas.
At IFS, every physical therapy appointment is a dedicated, 60-minute, one-on-one session.
You'll have the time to listen, evaluate, provide hands-on care, educate, and develop individualized treatment strategies without feeling rushed.
We believe quality care requires time, attention, and the freedom to make thoughtful clinical decisions.
Clinical Freedom Without Insurance Constraints
We operate outside the traditional insurance reimbursement model.
That means no insurance authorizations, no reimbursement-driven treatment decisions, and no insurance-imposed visit limits determining your patients' progress.
Your clinical judgment—not an insurance company's reimbursement policies—guides the treatment plan.
Our model allows you to focus on meaningful outcomes and long-term progress rather than navigating the administrative demands of insurance-based care.
Clinical Leadership in a Collaborative Fitness Environment
This is where IFS truly stands apart.
You'll work alongside a team of fitness professionals who hold degrees in exercise-related fields and professional certifications.
As the Doctor of Physical Therapy, you'll provide clinical direction, develop individualized exercise prescriptions, and help educate and mentor the fitness team.
Rather than discharging patients back into an unsupported fitness environment, you'll have the opportunity to remain involved in their progress as they transition from rehabilitation to strength training and long-term physical performance.
Our fitness professionals implement and progress training programs while collaborating with you to ensure each client's exercise plan reflects their medical history, physical limitations, and evolving capabilities.
You provide the clinical expertise. Our fitness professionals help carry that vision forward. Together, you create a continuum of care that traditional healthcare and fitness models rarely achieve.
See the Long-Term Impact of Your Work
Most of our clients are adults in their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond who want to stay active, remain independent, and continue doing the things they love.
At IFS, success isn't simply helping someone recover from an injury.
It's seeing them become stronger, more confident, and more physically capable months and years after their initial rehabilitation.
